As a photographer with an Olympus mirrorless camera kit there are times when one wants to take advantage of Olympus’s superb “high-res” feature, created by taking eight photos shifted by one pixel. This requires absolute stability. On a recent hike, I discovered a beautiful rock covered with a multi-colored blanket of lichens. Out came my Platypod, making both the hike without a tripod and the photo an easy opportunity. I am so excited that these are are my first Spring photos.
