A Rainbow at Mesa Falls with Samantha Kennedy

"This image was taken during my visit to Mesa Falls in Idaho. This view is of the upper falls and they are part of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest."
"When I got to the location that I wanted to take my final capture from, I noticed there wasn't a great spot to set up my Platypod eXtreme. Luckily, I had brought the strap (from my Platypod Multi Accessory Kit) with me and I was able to attach it to the railing overlooking the falls, along with my Platyball Elite ballhead. Next, I set up my Nikon Z7ii with my 14-24mm f/2.8 at 20mm, using a 10 stop Cokin ND filter to slow my shutter. My goal was to smooth out the water coming over the falls. My camera settings were ISO 31, 20mm, f/11 for 13 seconds."
"The drive to the falls was just as beautiful and I was thrilled to see (and capture) the rainbow within the falls."
