The Fastest Hunk of Junk in the Galaxy with Jesse Feyereisen

Words and Photos by Jesse Feyereisen - A Platypod Pro

"Confession… I’ve been a bit busy behind the scenes here lately so I haven’t had an opportunity to photograph something new in a bit, so this week I opted to pick a photo from my 'unpublished' archive."
"This photo was actually shot over a year ago out in the backyard at sunset. I mounted this Micro Galaxy Squadron Millennium Falcon on a pair of Platypod Ultras connected by a gooseneck in the snow and honestly just took a few handheld photos of it from different angles, not knowing exactly what I was going to do with it."
"In post I replaced the original backyard snow background with a star field I created in After Effects. Lit up the engine and gave the background some motion blur. Added a nice lens flare from a nearby star using Boris FX Optics, and finished it all off with some final edits, color grade, and crop in Lightroom."
