Testing the Holding Capacity of the Platyball Elite with Bob Coates

We've experienced a wee bit of snow here in the Sedona area... I know what you're thinking, "Snow, in the semi-desert grasslands?!" Well, I just couldn't resist snapping the blends of colors and textures showcased by the uncommon winter dusting within the predominant summer weather landscape. So, I went out for a few minutes to visit my "Courthouse Butte" Muse with my Platyball Elite. Once I found the location I wanted to capture, I thought I might test out the hold of my Platyball Elite. So, I repositioned it our to the side. My final shot is above and BTS is below.  

I then began scouting for the peak of the Geminids Meteor shower that was happening later that evening on Tuesday, December 13th.
