The Platyball Mini is an ultra-compact professional positioning head designed for lights, monitors, microphones, and other photo and video accessories. At just 2.9 inches tall, it brings precise positioning into places where a full-size head would
simply be too much.
Use it to build out a video rig, or to position lights, reflectors, props, and other accessories for macro, food, toy, and product photography. Dual ARRI-Type anti-twist pins are retractable for universal compatibility. The spring-loaded tension knob locks both the ball and swivel base, and it can be repositioned.
With precision aluminum and steel construction and an 8.8 lb (4 kg) rated load capacity, the Mini delivers serious professional capability in a remarkably compact package.
